Job Description:

• Monitor and improve the recruitment process and applicants database
• Structuring training needs analysis
• Facilitating end-to-end development program
• Manage daily human capital activities

2. Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

3. Corporate Planning & Strategy Analyst

Job Description:

• Analyze strategy alignment between Corporate and Affiliated Company
• Monitor Corporate and Affiliated Company strategy implementation & reporting to Management
• Analyze the need of projects improvement and facilitate the execution
• Database management

4. Mixing (Compounder) Supervisor

Job Description:

• Organizes the daily activities of the mixing operation.
• Responsible for quality operation by running product to specifications and adhering to standard practice.
• Counduct mixing operation to assure the equipment is operating to specifications using the correct components, correct disposition of stock, and following standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate schedules, plant and customer production needs.
